GDPR — personal data processing

LogTech, s.r.o., registered office Gen. Sochora 6176/6a, 708 00 Ostrava, Company ID 26837072, is the controller of personal data and processes personal data mainly for the following purposes:

keeping records of customer addresses,
keeping records of job applicants,
arranging contractual relationships,
keeping accounting and HR records,

Information about the processing of personal data:

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, on the basis of consent given; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. processing necessary for the performance of a contract; and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e. processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
Your personal data is accessible to the controller, its employees and, where applicable, to third parties — processors who provide appropriate guarantees, whose processing meets all GDPR requirements and who will adequately protect your rights and your personal data. These are principally legal and marketing advisers and IT service providers. Those parties have access only for as long as strictly necessary and only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service and meet statutory requirements.
The processing of personal data involves no automated processing on the basis of which acts or decisions would be made that interfere with the rights or legitimate interests of individuals.
Personal data is processed for the period necessary, which varies with each purpose of processing. After that period the personal data is destroyed, or retained for the period set by the applicable Filing and Shredding Plan issued under Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and records management.
You have the right to:
1. request access to your personal data,
2. withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before it was withdrawn,
3. request rectification of inaccurate personal data,
4. request erasure of personal data, or request restriction of processing,
5. object to unlawful processing of personal data,
6. request portability of the personal data you have provided,
7. lodge a complaint at any time regarding the processing of your personal data, or the controller's failure to meet its GDPR obligations, with the supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
Your requests will always be duly assessed and settled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where time allows, we will process your request within 30 days of receipt.
