Yes. The robots combine 3D cameras, lidar and ultrasonic sensors, so they avoid people, trolleys and unexpected obstacles. Most customers run them during normal operating hours; night-time running is more about throughput than safety.

Depending on the model, the robots handle hard floors (tile, concrete, vinyl, epoxy, marble) as well as carpet. Wet-scrubbing models are for hard surfaces; vacuuming and sweeping models also cover carpet. If you are not sure, our free audit recommends a model based on your actual flooring.

Before deploying the robot, you will receive a template for the operating rules. It is necessary to divide responsibility for the zones so that the responsible workers check for loose cables, large cartons and strapping from pallets. If the robot encounters such an obstacle, it will report the situation and the location where it occurred. With appropriate feedback, you can ensure discipline, which is also required by Health and safety.

Yes. Before purchasing a robot, it is ideal to conduct a cleaning audit, which is non-binding. It takes at least a week and the result is answers to questions about what the real benefit will be and where the bottlenecks are. The entire audit costs 15,000 CZK excluding VAT and includes transport, space mapping, training and weekly operation.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022; ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification is available for PUDU Cloud. Standard operation takes place on PUDU Cloud, where operational information converges with reports and user access via mobile or web application. In addition, some types of robots can be operated on the private Veil cloud. Then the customer has all the data about the settings and operation available on their own servers.

The robot reports a fault directly via the app and can be serviced on site by replacing spare parts.
